Summary of the Northeast Phila. Chinese Association (NEPCA) of Culture Trust Greater Philadelphia (CTGP).   7/15/2022 The Northeast Philadelphia Chinese Association (NEPCA) of CTGP is a grassroots community-based non-profit organization under the fiscal sponsorship of Culture Trust of Greater Philadelphia, a 501(c)(3) organization. Our mission is to support the Asian American community living in the Northeast Philadelphia neighborhoods to achieve cultural, education, and economic advancements and become contributors to the region. This month is our three years anniversary with CTGP. During the recent two-year pandemic from March 2020 to March 2022, NEPCA has connected our community to free food, assisted undocumented people in getting Philadelphia IDs, and received financial assistance. We help more than a thousand people in the lower-northeast get food. We brought donations of six thousand masks to the local health center when masks were a shortage in the early pandemic.
